Pay the renewal invoice in the client area before the expiry date. Turn on auto-renew and keep funds in your account so it never lapses.
- Sign in to the client area and open Domains.
- Check the expiry date and that Auto Renew is on.
- Pay the renewal invoice when it arrives, or add funds in advance so renewals are paid automatically.
An expired domain takes your website and email offline. Some extensions can be renewed late for an extra fee; others are released for anyone to register. Do not leave it to the last day.
