How quickly a person picks it up

Acknowledgement targets from our Service Level Agreement. Tell us the priority when you open the ticket and we will treat it that way.

PriorityExamplesAcknowledged within
P1 – CriticalSite, email or server down for everyone1 hour
P2 – HighSignificant disruption affecting several functions4 hours
P3 – MediumOne service or one function affected8 business hours
P4 – LowGeneral questions, configuration help, minor issues1 business day

Four things that make a ticket faster

  • The domain or service name. We host thousands; the domain takes us straight to the account.
  • What you saw, and when. The exact error text or a screenshot, and the time it happened, in your time zone.
  • What changed. A new plugin, a DNS edit, a password change, a new device. Most faults follow a change.
  • Never put passwords in a ticket. If we need access we will ask for it through the client area.

Not a client yet, or locked out?

If you cannot log in to open a ticket, use this form. We reply by email within one business day; for anything urgent, WhatsApp us.

Or skip the reading: message us on WhatsApp.

How do I open a support ticket?

Log in to the client area and choose Support, or go straight to Open a ticket. Pick the department and the priority, describe the problem and include the domain. You get a reference number by email.

How long until someone answers?

A critical outage is acknowledged within one hour, a high-priority issue within four hours, a medium one within eight business hours and a general question within one business day. The full table is in our SLA.

Do you offer support on weekends?

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00to17:00 Central Africa Time. Closed on weekends and Zimbabwean public holidays. You can open a ticket at any time; it is picked up first thing on the next working day. A P1 outage opened out of hours is still handled as a P1 when it is picked up.

Where do I find my cPanel login?

In the client area under Services, open the hosting service and use the Login to cPanel button. You do not need the password; the client area signs you in.

Can you help me set up email on my phone or in Outlook?

Yes. The knowledge base has step-by-step guides for iPhone, Android, Outlook and Gmail, and if you get stuck a ticket with the mailbox address (not the password) gets you a person.

I think my site has been hacked. What do I do first?

Go to Armor SOS and send us the domain. We check it the same working day for free, tell you what we found, and quote any cleanup before we start. Do not delete anything yet; the evidence helps.

Who do I talk to about an invoice?

Billing, on WhatsApp +263 78 596 0376 or by phone on +263 78 596 0376 in office hours. You can also pay any invoice from the client area by EcoCash, InnBucks, ZimSwitch, Omari, card or crypto.
