Yes, for your first order: cancel web hosting, managed WordPress, business email or reseller hosting within 30 days of the first payment for a full refund of the plan fee.
Domains, SSL certificates, licences, setup fees, paid migrations and renewals are not refundable. To claim, open a ticket from the client area within the 30 days. The full wording is in our Terms.
